<li>Translate brand and product stories into visually compelling, platform-specific creative</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to concept and execute digital campaigns</li>

<li>Design and build visually consistent, conversion-driven email campaigns in Klaviyo using Figma templates</li>
<li>Develop reusable components and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency</li>
<li>Work with the CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure every campaign is optimised for mobile and on-brand</li>
<li>Experiment with design, animation, and layout to improve engagement and performance</li>

<li>You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro).</li>
<li>You have hands-on experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo (or similar platforms).</li>
<li>You use and understand digital and social platform formats, and what performs across platforms.</li>
<li>You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, and detail.</li>
