We make great bags and accessories, while minimising harm to the planet and its inhabitants. Moreover, we aim to use business as a force for good.

That’s how we achieved our status as a Certified B Corporation, meeting the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. We use natural, recycled and recyclable materials to create bags and accessories that last, and we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

You'll build, run and fix the things the rest of the business runs on, shoulder to shoulder with the operators who use them. <li>Own the data layer: BigQuery pipelines, schema and data quality across Shopify, our 3PLs, Amazon and finance. When the data is clean, everything downstream just works.</li>
<li>Build the vendor scorecard feeds (LSM via SP-API, our 3PLs, Flexport), so every vendor review runs on our numbers, not theirs.</li>
<li>Own master SKU data: one source of truth for style and SKU records, feeding the site, wholesale portals, Amazon and finance.</li>
<li>Own the rails and the standards: shared connections and credentials, the agent registry (every agent, its owner, its last check), documentation and handover, set with our external partner and then brought in-house. Seat owners maintain their own agents; you make them able to.</li>
<li>Run internal systems: access, tooling, file systems.</li>

<li>3+ years hands-on with data and systems in a business that ships physical product, or somewhere the data was every bit as messy. You've built pipelines that mattered.</li>
<li>Fluent in SQL and a modern data stack (BigQuery or similar). You wrangle APIs and write the scripts that hold it together.</li>
<li>AI-first with evidence: you're already building with it, and you've helped non-technical colleagues build and maintain their own automations, and enjoyed it.</li>
<li>Systems-minded and low-ego. Documented, reliable and handed over well beats clever.</li>

<div><br>Our DTC business is the engine of that growth, and this role owns how it grows from here. You'll own paid acquisition, lifecycle and retention as one connected growth engine: turning strangers into customers, customers into repeats, and repeats into people who bring their friends. You set the strategy, run the tests, make the calls, and lead the team that delivers.</div>
<div><br>You'll manage the Lifecycle Manager and grow the team as the function grows. You'll work directly with the CMO on integrated marketing, the Community &amp; Social Lead on paid and organic in complement, and Creative on work that performs.</div>
<div><br>We're building an AI operating layer across the business, five products on one data foundation. You won't be building the tools. But you'll be one of their heaviest users: training them on what matters, building your workflows on top of them, and guiding them to get better. <li>Own paid acquisition across Meta, Google, affiliate, SEO and Amazon Ads. Account structure, creative testing, budget pacing, clean measurement. Your targets are blended MER and new customer revenue.</li>
<li>Own lifecycle and retention through the Lifecycle Manager. Grow LTV, repeat rate and referral across Troubadour and Mujjo.</li>
<li>Own conversion growth: set the experimentation agenda, design the tests, take them from hypothesis to verdict.</li>
<li>Manage the acquisition-to-retention interplay. Know when to push CAC to build the base, when to protect LTV, and how the two work together.</li>
<li>Lead the growth side of product launches: the paid plan, the demand, the conversion moments.</li>
<li>Build efficient reporting workflows using AI-native tools where they speed up the work, so your team's time goes to decisions, not spreadsheets.</li>
<li>Feed what you learn back to the wider team. You'll be closest to what's working, and everyone benefits when you share it.</li>

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Who you are</strong></span><br>You have five or more years of hands-on growth or ecommerce experience, with real paid spend under your control. You've owned CAC and LTV, not just one or the other. You know SQL or something close to it, you can work through messy attribution, and you think in CAC, MER, AOV, LTV and repeat rate. You've led people before, and you enjoy it. You use AI in your work every day, you know where it helps and where it makes things worse.</div>
