We make great bags and accessories, while minimising harm to the planet and its inhabitants. Moreover, we aim to use business as a force for good.

That’s how we achieved our status as a Certified B Corporation, meeting the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency and accountability. We use natural, recycled and recyclable materials to create bags and accessories that last, and we’re always here to help if something goes wrong.

Our friendly team is always looking for better ways to get things done.<br>We’re resourceful and inventive, whatever the task. And we're always on the lookout for entrepreneurial people with a can-do attitude to set the bar even higher.
<br><br>UK roles are based (at least partly) at our London office or at our store at 65 Beak Street in Soho. <li>Create social content across Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok—from static posts and carousels to short-form video and animations (Reels, stories)</li>
<li>Translate brand and product stories into visually compelling, platform-specific creative</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to concept and execute digital campaigns</li>

<div><strong>Email Design (Figma &amp; Klaviyo)</strong></div>

<li>Design and build visually consistent, conversion-driven email campaigns in Klaviyo using Figma templates</li>
<li>Develop reusable components and design systems to improve efficiency and consistency</li>
<li>Work with the CRM and e-commerce teams to ensure every campaign is optimised for mobile and on-brand</li>
<li>Experiment with design, animation, and layout to improve engagement and performance</li>

<li>You have 3–5 years of experience in digital or graphic design (agency or in-house).</li>
<li>You’re fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro).</li>
<li>You have hands-on experience designing and building emails in Klaviyo (or similar platforms).</li>
<li>You use and understand digital and social platform formats, and what performs across platforms.</li>
<li>You have a sharp eye for typography, composition, and detail.</li>
<li>You’re proactive, organised, and thrive in collaborative, fast-paced environments.</li>
